Switch Uk has been DJ’ing for 29 years, He was a full time DJ in Magaluf for 2 years, currently based in Plymouth where I hold a resident slot every Thursday night. In summer he’s a resident dj every Saturday night in Newquay. He’s been a dj on various radio stations “laylowlondon, Roguefm, fcmlive.

TAI CHI LESSON

Gentle flow of movements & breathwork. Learn to focus the mind and release stress.

No floor work and can be done seated if required, Tai Chi is suitable for beginners.

I will guide you through a series of Tai Chi flows, each one focusing on a different part of

the body, slowly breathing through, we will then put a longer flow together, moving our life

force or ‘chi’ around the body, to leave you feeling energised and more focused.
